Prove It Letters - What Next?

Update:

I sent have now received a reply to the letter, I sent at post 21.

It is a long-winded letter, but from what I can make out, they say they will no longer be enforcing the debt. And secondly, that as the debt is true, they will not remove it from the credit file.

Excellent news - you knew the default would be there but unenforceable always wins over a default - well done :T :T

And I haven't heard anything else from the other 3 letters, I sent in post 1. :T

Do not quote the spammer - he'll be gone soon
