Im not sure if its an IVO or an IVA but hey you get what I mean
At the mo Im on a DMP via CCCS my debt free date is years off, an IV what ever was recommended to me at the time my DMP was sorted out but it wasnt an option because my hubby was not a where of my level of debt and also we have a joint secured loan. I have since tolf Hubs about my debt so Im wondering if an IV whatever is the way to go.
How do they work in relation to joint secured loans? It was only joint and secured because I couldnt get credit, I pay the whole amount Hubby was really only on it as our home is not in my name.
Any advice would be fab.

Just ring CCCS and they will be able to advise them of your options.
Read my post below about how my IVA works to give you an idea.
