CSA arears question (and update to my case)

Ok got a phone call today from the very helpful CSA at Falkirk (Hitler would have been proud of these people!!!)
Ive posted several times regarding my experiences with them, been to ICE/MP etc
Had 2 consolidatory payments from them
ICE asked that I receive a full account breakdown, this was over a year ago, put a few emails into them complaining, have asked them countless times to explain how my arrears accrued, but everytime they send me an arrears total it differs from last one
They even supplied ICE with a figure which was different than some of ones they produced to me, should I hold them to ICE one?
Also ive agreed with them a figure to pay to my arrears 3 times now, can they change this again??
I cam off the phone raging and in tears from them, but again i will not let them beat me as i know when i get this audit, i will go through it with a fine toothcomb and spot any errors (which i believe there will be going on there whole dealing with my case)
Below is an updated amount that I have paid to CSA by DEO since they originally arrested my wages in November 2006, before any of you NRP bashers come on and say "well serves you right you should have paid in first place" The facts are I paid cash in hand like so many others and got shafted, but rather than chuck my job to only pay a small sum per week I have more pride than that and decided to rough it out, its been a struggle but im hoping i am nearer a final solution with them.
