TUPE and Bank Holidays

My wife has transfered employers under TUPE. She has always been paid 28 days hol plus paid Bank Holidays. Her new contract has come and it says 28 days hol but Bank holidays if taken off are not paid. Can they do this under TUPE rules.
Also the contract says she works any 5 days out of 7 Sun to Mon where with the previous employer it was Mon to Fri.

No, everything should be as it was. They can change the contract (as could the previous employer) but have to follow the appropriate procedures.0
