in exactly the same situ as my prescription changed. was struggling to see screen at work so wanted an eye test anyway and got the new glasses. was cheeky and wore them at work yest to make sure the prescription is right and i could see the screen!

i am going to email tern and ask them if it is ok if i go in and say i lost my sunglasses and want a spare pair of glasses so that i can get some more. not sure what the store are actually told about us but assume they must be told something as surely they realise we dont pick up the second pair...

if not i will have to go to the next town to get them

Can anyone else tell me if they are having a problem with RE and receipt uploads? They seem to be sending a query on at least half of them. When I check they are perfectly legible, so I resend the same one and they accept this.
Is this a secret ploy to take our points off us?!!!

Woo-hoo! I just got accepted for my first ESA job at last!

Nice little job too - the drop address one. Looks like a nice few quid with very little to actually do! :-)

Since they went over to their new uploadsystem, I've had endless problems - exactly the same as you! R/E told me that its better if, when I get a query, I attach a copy of the receipt to the email reply as the iupload sustem isn't very good!

I thought about doing the above too. But I want the EGGS one. They won't give me any though. LOL. Have applied for like 15 and they all got handed to someone else. Boo. Hiss.

is anyone else find the edig credit card survey very repetitive (same questions in each section of the qu on every survey)?
the search page and my likes and dislikes are the same for every search as it is the same page but different cards!

Must admit if you've already got the receipt (which you should have, than I can't see a problem with them wanting a scan of it can you ?
