I didn't have to send emails for this particular survey. Have been unable to log into the site all day so not happy. :mad:This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

It's the reason I got started. I wrote to a large supermarket after a very poor experience and they sent me details of who they used to mystery shop them! I thought I would just get to input into their local CS training, was a bonus when I discovered I got a wage too!!!!
Anyway, just had a stroppy "open your link" email from TNS. I was online 11am the morning the link should have been live...it wasn't. Computer was off all next day as I had a 4 year old birthday party to sort. 12.34am email sent ... how dare you not click on our link the moment we open it. Don't you know we pay you a pittance to ask a pile of stupid questions to staff members and write a report where we ask you to repeat yourself several times? Why aren't you online 24/7? And on our website checking for the link 25/7? Do you actually want to work for us???:rotfl:Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

Happy Monday Morning to you all.
I'm counting them now - 2 more Monday mornings of early alarms, then six blissful weeks of school holidays when MS-ing takes a back seat and I spend time with my 2 gorgeous kids!!
Just my GFK lists and a couple of emails to do today. We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
