Thanks to the OP for this. I wandered into the Tewkesbury Road store today and there on a shelf, all on its ownsome, was one red gas bbq. Needless to say, I took this as a sign from the Money-Saving-Gods that they had saved it for me, and so it found its way into my trolley.

Got a telling off from hubby when he got home to find it, but soon sorted him out

Make sure you don't get ripped off by high Calor Gas prices.
If necessary, throw away the supplied regulator & go to somewhere like Countrywide instead.
I forget the exact figures, but it went something like £25 deposit + £24 for 13kg of gas from Calor (@ Homebase), or £10 deposit + £11 for 11kg gas + £6 for a new regulator from Countrywide. (Both prices for Propane)

This was a few months ago now, but the differential will still be similar, I'm sure.
