Mens Wedding outfit hire from £35 Debenhams

I didn't realise Debenhams did wedding hire, and while I can't personally recommend them it might be an option for someone. Wedding hire starts from £35 for a suit.

The convenient thing about Debenhams is that once the order is placed & names on the system, each member of the party can go into their local branch to be measured up.

Loonytoons

This is the same company as Burtons and suits you use. Unfortunately their cusomer service is appalling. We had read loads of bad reviews about debenhams so gave burtons a go not realising at the time they were the same thing. We had an awful time with numerous calls to head office. Luckily for us, head office contacted our local store and someone from Burtons took over rather than the person who was supposed to be dealing with us and the lady couldn't do enough to help us and we got there in the end after much stress!
Basically i would say avoid this company like the plague unless your local debenhams/burtons has someone that they will allow to deal with you. The only person that is supposed to do the measuring or ordering is the person from the concession so if they are off or covering other stores which they often do, you are stuck. I explained to head office of burtons that it is their reputation that is affected as not everyone realises it's a concession and my problems are being investigated right at the top. My local store have said that as long as it is a concession, they are trying to get it removed from the store.

On the plus side, we had no problems with the suits at all apart from the shirts which came up huge on the bigger neck sizes but my boys looked gorgeous in theirs. It is a shame they are let down by their service.
