Just in need of some advice re loan companies calling you at work. I took out a loan with Financial Plus yes subprime lender i know, everthing was fine, i got sick and had to star working part time which reduced my income, and i couldnt cope with my bills decided to go with a debt management plan, which is working fine for me. But this company financial plus started calling me up at work demamding payment, i work in a hospital and the incessant calling means that valuable time needed for taking care of patients is wasted, a Man called "DEREK" phoned today asked to speak to my manager and said he wanted to apply for an attachment of earnings from my wages, my manager advised him that he was breaking the law, he then stated that he will continue calling me at work until i pay them, but they have been contacted and are in my debt management plan. eventually "DEREK" called me on my mobile, to demand payment, when i asked him to call me back at a suitable time he then preceeded to call me a "!!!!ing Thief". i just need to know my rights in this matter, when i took the loan out the told me my work number would only be used to confirm my employment, i suffer from depression and this situation is not helping. HELP PLS

inform the police,these people are harrassing you illegally,then report them to the FSA,and get your mobile provider to block the number(or failing that get them to give you a new number),scum like this need to be treated like they deserve.
