Barclays Loan £7289.31 £150.00
Provident Credit £1783 £17.

Now i know exactly how much i owe every one, phase 2 is to look for extra incomes. So it being a sunday and not much else on im going hunting for things to sell on ebay & car boot. Iv done letters to my banks & credit cards to try and claim back some charges, (in post tommorrow) Think of ways to earn extra Cash:o
Any help gratefully recieved. Credit rating all time low, swapping to 0%, consolidation etc, not an option.

Total per month £608.50
Living expenses
Rent £275

Gas £20 Seems like you're sharing. Depending on size of property, this could be lowered.
Electric £20 Ditto
Telewest (broadband/phone/tv £17.50 Is this your half or total charge?
Water £20 Ditto gas/elec
Mobile £10
Food etc £100
Petrol etc £100 What about MOT/service/tax/insurance?
Total per month £602.50
It seems that your total outgoings per month are £1,211 while your income is £1,000. You could make some changes to your living expenses but I am not sure it will generate another £211 per month.
Selling things on ebay/amazon will generate some income but it probably won't be sustainable month on month.
Have you considered taking on another job? I assume selling your car would be difficult seein as you'd need it for work.
I am sure CCCS will be able to come up with better suggestions. Hang in there, it gets harder before it gets easier but things will get better.Leason learnt :beer:0 -
Hi,
My oh "feels the cold" & needs about 3 lights on too see properly, but i have mentioned to him some money saving ideas, so see how it pans out.
£100 petrol etc includes tax, mot & insurance.
It was actually payplan not CCCs having a blond moment i think, But spoke to them last night, very nice & helpful. They are going to try and cut my unsecured credit payments down to £100 which will definately make life a bit easier.
I do kleeneze as well, but as i previously messed up my credit with them (managed to pay them off in april) im now cash with order and finding difficultly finding cash to put order on, for some strange reason
anyway im hoping when the payplan kicks in i can start marching forward with that. Until then its ebay and car boot this sunday, weather permitting!
Thanks for everyones advice, will keep you posted0 -
If you're after a small part time job to supplement your income for a while take a look on the mortgage free wannabe board..there is a sticky there called...."a bit on the side". Theres lots of ideas of part time jobs.

Good luck!!0 -
Got up at ungodly hour of 6am, Went to car boot sale, I made £25, OH made £40, I did however spend a little as well, not organised enough to take food so shared chips with oh and brought a can of coke total cost £1.20 i also bought a book for 30p and one of those piggy bank type (terramundi???)things that you have to smash to get your money out for 50p!!!! (i wanted one of these any way to help save) and £3 to get in. Have to say i thought it was a bargain & £7 has gone into it already, need the rest till last me till payday (thurs). Well im off to bake a cake now as oh's family popping round later for a visit (OH wanted to stop at coop on way home to buy one!). Better get my whisk out!!0
