Worried about going back full-time.

Hi, I need a bit of advice regarding my temporary part-time contract and would appreciate any help.
I had a one-off tonic clonic seizure at the end of Sept 07 and had to take a less strenuous job role for 6 months while I underwent tests, etc. 2 Neurologists both came to the conclusion that the seizure had been triggered by fatigue - my job involves erratic hours and travelling over timezones. I was pleased to return to my original full-time job role but found it very difficult to manage my sleep patterns and rest and was constantly worried that the episode might occur again. I was considering leaving but had missed my job so much when I was off and really didn't want to have to leave.
Last year I was offered a temporary part-time contract and found my life improved immensly. It's not easy living on a reduced wage but it is definately worth it - I have more time to recover between shifts, I feel my work has improved and my general health has improved. Unfortunately my hours are due to be increased again from next month and I'm starting to worry about it. I am due to meet with Occupational Health but I'm unsure how sympathetic they will be to my situation.
Any advice?
