2. The Promoter will not be liable for applications not received, incomplete, delayed or damaged. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery.
3. 3 All entries received by 31/05/2010 will be entered into a Prize Draw, and the first randomly selected by an independent person will win an I Phone with pre loaded applications. The applications are only suggested. I Tunes vouchers are part of the prize. The prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative. Only one prize per household. No bulk or third party entries accepted. The winners will be notified 7 days after each month. In the event the claim for a prize is not received by the Promoter within 7 working days of such notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.
5. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify from the promotion any entrant suspected of fraud or cheating, Including without limitation, through the manipulation of codes or otherwise fraudulently falsifying data or acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter. The Promoter will not be liable for system failures, network errors, site being down, hacks on the system or personal computer issues.
