Inexpensive photographer in Cornwall needed...can you help??

Hi again everyone,

We're getting married on 1st August in Truro and can't afford the outrageous prices wedding photographers charge. I understand why, but simply can't stretch the budget that far. We're going to ask everyone for copies of the photos they take whilst there, but some 'proper' photos would be wonderful.

Someone suggested we contact the local college which made me think...does anyone have a son or daughter in my area who's building their portfolio?

Any suggestions would be fantastic.

I'm in the same position with trying to find a photographer who doesn't charge too much. I'm definitely thinking about my local college too.

I'm also getting married in Cornwall this year and found this photographer, http://admin2.clikpic.com/bromlead/ The rates are much more reasonable than most and he's willing to negotiate prices.

We've sent a few emails back and forth and he seems very helpful. Have a look at his website, I hope it's of some help to you. Please note I emailed him using the contact form on his website and he did take a few days to get back to me, but he will reply.

I also tried emailing a few photography tutors at Falmouth College to see if any of their students may be interested in some paid work, but had no reply. I can only assume that students wouldnt want to take the risk with someones weddding photos.
