holiday pay- help

hi i recently made a post saying i was dismissed from my job for misconduct....now fast forward 3 weeks, i had an appeal meeting and to my surprise the appeal was over turned and now am back at work :-)
now i have a problem, about a week ago, i was paid all my remaining holiday pay, which was alot seeing as i had only taken 2 days holiday this year. will the company be asking for this money back? i had used it to pay my rent and other things in the time i was i was unemployed so i only have a small chunk of it left... hr have not contacted me concerning this but im afraid once i go to apply for a holiday this will crop up....what options will they give me?

Your holiday pay should only have been up until the time you left, so I can't see that they'd be entitled to ask for it back. And you now start to accrue more holiday entitlement.
