Divan advice

We need to buy a new bed. Wanting a divan as they take up less room, with 4 storage drawers. Budget of £350. King or double, I don't mind, whatever I can get the best of budget wise.

My OH is a big chap 21stone so it's got to be sturdy. Thinking a medium/firm, pocket sprung (as im half is weight) mattress , with a seperate mattress topper on top for comfort.

Anyone bought anything similar recently and can give me any pointers?

If I were you I would stay away from big brand names and big chain stores if you want good quality at a low price, and shop on line from a seller who gives a proper satisfaction guarantee that allows you to actually unpack and sleep on the mattress. This way it is in their interest to make sure that you make the right choice the first time.
