Not sure if this is the correct section of forum - if not can you please re direct me - thanks.
I used the TopCashBack site to take out pet insurance with More Th>n last August and have yet to receive the Cash Back - status of claim is "Waiting on retailer". Is anyone else being messed around like this? The feedback on TopCashBack site is not to use More Th>n as most of the people who have commented seem to have been waiting over 6 months without payment. Does anyone have any advice on how to get this kick started as I stupidly took out another 2 policies in October which are now at confirmed status with a payable date of end of May but I can't see that happening....... How stupid was I?!!!!!! :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Hi,

I took out home insurance with More Than last year through TCB and I recieved the money no problems. Have you emailed the TCB team through enquiries - they're pretty helpful & will look into for you. It'd be nice to know how you get on!

Yes, I put in a missing cashback claim in January but the status is still at "awaiting on retailer", I'm sending a nudge to them each week to try & get it sorted out but as yet nothing

I'd keep pestering... took nearly 8mnths and then they decided not to pay. Only used More Th>n cos of the cashback. Good luck.

I used Quidco last year for m/than and same this year, its tracked but thats from Jan - is quite along time to wait - how long does a payment have be tracked before quidco give u it via there goodwill scheme
