I have just complained by the feedback form via the website here: http://www.marsdrinks.com/feedback.asp and I urge everyone here to do so if they haven't got a sample through, this way they can't ignore us all.
I told them I thought it was a scam and that in future I wouldn't be buying off them if they were gonna pull stunts like this. (In so many words...)0 -
please dont copy and paste the same message, it will raise suspician. i just thought i'd share my complaint.
i am very annoyed at the lack of promised freebies that i receive. since finding MSE about 2 months ago i have sent for about 50 freebies and recieved about 4.
the fair trade tea/coffee was great. quick and alot of samples. why cant the "big boys" follow suit?
its ironic that "fair trade" can be efficient and generous, but the biggies cannot..
rant over.
Complaint sent to Mars:
Dear Sir.
I am totally disatisfied with Mars.
I requested a free sample of one of your products along time ago, and although i got email confirmation, nothing has arrived.
I expect this kind of performance of the "little guys" but not a company like Mars.
I just feel that companies are getting details from consumers like me, their postal address and email and then not delivering on the promise of the free sample.
I will not be buying any Mars and associated brand products ever again, and will also urge my family and friends to do the same.
The free sample in question has relatively low value, but the principle remains.
It will take a mighty strong gesture to persuade me to return to buying your products.
Yours.
A very disgruntled consumer.0
