Natwest Pay by card - scam or not??

I've missed a payment this month on my Natwest loan and have only received an email and a text from them asking to go to their page natwest.co.uk/paybycard. Does anybody know if this is legit?? I've had no letter from them to say if you are having difficulties (which they can see I have for the past 9 months), then give us a call.
Wouldn't it be great if we lived in a world where banks actually cared about people and tried to help them instead of charging us!

Yes, it's legit. The letter will turn up in a few days, having been preceded by the email and text.
The text would have read: Please call 0845xxxxxxxx quoting reference xxxxxxxxxx Alternatively please visit www.natwest.com/paybycard. NatWest Bank.
They're very quick to chase through on a missed payment at NatWest.

Thanks.
I've had a call from them and when I Googled the number, it came up with one of those scam things. Thought I would ask first as you don't know who you can trust anymore!!:(0 -

Did you get the call about this missed payment?0 -
They didn't leave a message cos they called whilst I was at work, but have only called once. They've waited two weeks before they started to chase me which is a surprise! Although if they hadn't put charges through last week they could have got paid sooner!! Now they will have to wait till Friday when I get paid again (the stress of being a temp!!)0
