Twitter win but need help to get my prize!

Received a Winning email saying I have won 3d Dot Gamer Heroes on twitter. Tried to Direct Message the company but my message won't go through as the company aren't following me??? Eh! :eek: Haven't a clue on this twiter lark. I have emailed the company but not sure whether that will be enough for me to get my prize sent to me or not. Would be grateful of any twitter help! Thanks

Yes I've had the same prob - they have to be following you in order for you to Direct Message them. I would just tweet them and let them know that they need to follow you, so just use their @ name to do that.
You might find that they respond to your email anyway - I've had to resort to emailing someone cos they weren't responding on Twitter!
