Cheap all in one Olivetti

http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/6702072.htm

For £35 but a penny I didnt think this was bad, though im guessing if its this cheap the inks are going to a second mortgage type deal..... Might suit someone.

Expensive ink but a good spec printer for the price. It's worth doing an internet trawl to try get compatibles cheaper than the Argos offer. I'm on the trail .... thanks to OP.
A bargain is something you don't need at a price you can't resist.
  • Be careful. Last time this printer went on the sale I couldn't find any cheap inks on the net so didn't buy it. Hopefully the situation has changed since.

the trouble with olivetti is that the hardware is dirt cheap, but you'll need to remortgage the house to buy ink for it

as others have said, compatible cartridges are VERY hard to come by, and even then not as good value for money as epson and hewlett packard products offer.

Yep I went through that analysis - ie great value hardware, lousy lousy lousy value consumables and a rather shambolic website for support.

Mind you if you want a 1200x1200dpi hardware scanner with USB2 interface it looks good value as just a scanner (which I was also considering).
