Hi, I am about to sell up and move to a smaller place. As a result I will probably only need about 20% mortgage. What sort of deals should I be looking for with this kind of equity/loan ratio?
Also if I dont buy straightaway, wheres the best place to put my wedge so I can access it easily for when the time is right?

Any suggestions appreciated.:)
