Anyone got a number for the team at Durham House?
If I call the number on the letters im told they cant transfer me because the telephone system is linked to the knackered computer system.
I have it at work in my locker but could do with it just now at home.

When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.
