I placed an order for some half price sanctuary facial products last week to be delivered to my local store, when I placed the order the free gift was out of stock. On the day they sent me the despatch email the free gift was back in stock, I called them to ask them if it could be included within my order and they said no. I was so annoyed that I emailed them to complain and they have awarded me 500 points on my advantage card. Not the same value as the free gift but better than nothing.0

I managed to order mine on-line monday was so chuffed:) because its a fab deal was oos at Boots in canterbury too purchased the exfoliator and 50ml body butter and paid £6.76 what I did was even tho the GWP was oos I added the Santuary products to my basket and when the vanity case came into stock again it automatically added it to my basket so I could check out quickly.:)LOVE isn't finding someone you can live with. Got a tube of Sanctuary Moisture Lotion SPF15, 75ml for half price today at £5.88 and got the pampering case free with this. Great spot OP! Am so tempted to go and buy another tomorrow as the lotion is something I will actually use soon. Although there were only a few of the free pampering gifts left on the shelf - wouldn't be suprised if they run out soon! Also picked up a few Nivea deos for 50p, some handwash for 28p, 4 pack of peach soaps for 25p and some shower gels for 15p. Also got the £5 facial voucher. All in all, a great shop!
Did you got to the shop assistant to do this?Did she not say it was now half price and you needed to spend a tenner?
