    I had problems using the code online yesterday . In fact I had problem using the whole website yesterday. I gave NL a ring and they said they would place my order for me but they also had problems using the code. They told me that they would refund 20% after my order went through.

    Try giving them a ring tomorrow and telling them that the code wouldn't work when you placed your order. They're normally pretty good so might be able to reduce it by 20%.

    Think everybody has had problems with the code, loads of people are complaining on their facebook page. By the sounds of it, problems with New Look codes are a regular thing.
