If you're remotely serious about outdoor cooking, the Outback Omega 200 gas barbecue is a great place to start. It offers a cooking area of 50x36cm, a dual control burner and easy push-button ignition, while the cooking grill is chrome-finished for durability.
The hood and body of the barbecue are delivered assembled, you've just got to put the trolley together, add the lava rocks (supplied) and a suitable gas source (butane or propane plus its regulator) and you're cooking.
There are two folding side shelves, a cup for holding your chosen baste, and a bottom shelf. The whole barbecue weighs 22kg and it has two wheels so it's easy to manoeuvre.
