Legal And General Pension Scheme

Hi there,
New to the forum, I am 19 and a electrical engineering apprentice from Bradford. My work is offering me a stake-holder Legal And General Pension Scheme.
I have been told to put in 5% of my wage and my employers will match it.
I just want some advice on what funds to go for, as I know next to nothing about pensions. I was looking at funds with a moderate risk level.

I'm not sure if I am restricted to certain funds, that is someone I would need to find out. However the letter says you can go with the default which is the: global equity fixed weights index lifestyle index.
I also got a book the look through, like this one here:

It has the funds that are on page 6.
