A friend of mine was dismissaed about 2 years ago after a 4 year service. He may have been dismissaed unfairly.
He did not appeal at the time of dismissal, but realizes now that he should have. He would like to take the case to ACAS but is there a maximum time within which you have to apply to ACAS?
Thanks
