Ote

If a job only lists an OTE what does that mean regarding pay?

Does it mean that they forgot to put it, don't want to tell you or that it's commission only?

Thanks in advance

It is an abbreviation for "on target earnings". This means that you will be paid a basic salary but can achieve the advertised salary with commission and/or bonus payments.

Cool, not so bad then if there's still a basic.... I thought with them just saying £xx OTE that they might be able to not pay anything LOL

Found them, did a search on the mobile number (didn't think of doing that as landline showed nothing) and found the company is Dining Solutions Direct... http://www.diningsolutionsdirect.com/
