Capital One problem

I applied after many months of continous flyers for a credit card with capial one, they to my surprise gave me a card for £1k (even though my credit record showed defaults with MBNA and Barclaycard to the tune of £23k collectively)
I have a payment plan in place with MBNA and barclaycard - after taking advice from CCCS they were fine with the set up - no problems as yet.
Now as some people on here will no douy sympathise i satrted my own business about 2 years ago which has taken along time in 'making' it work, but i'm getting there and it is starting to work in my favour.
Trouble is the first six months of this year was not very good, needless to say i couldn't pay capital one on a regular basis, i eventually in the past 2 weeks paid of half my balance, but they have still sent the det of to Debitas which is a mystery as within a week of me paying of half the balance i was able to make two transactions online (which where paid direct to capital immediately)
And now the credit line has stopped?, and i'm at a loss to work out why, debitas say go speak to capital one, so i do, and i get put through to a call centre in india which gives me the number for debitas as they can't answer my query. What is confusing is that CO sent out a letter saying they were removing my creidt line but i was still able to do a transaction!.
Also what i was concerned about was the amount of calls capital one were making which included saturdays and sundays, which i thought was a bit rich as harrasing me on a sunday is a pointless exercise due to the banking system being Mon-Fri!.
Suggestions on a postcard please!.
