I've need a cheap secondhand copy of breaking dawn, sure its only £8 in asda but i really badly need one CHEAP! i've got to send it to a relative and not looking forward to the postage on top of the cost of the actual book (I'd send mine but its the special edition with dvd). If anyone would like to donate one (lol) I'm willing to pay postage and a small fee if you like (any offers?)
sorry hijack over!
I got the Bree Tanner book yesterday, not had time to read it yet but am very glad it's here waiting once I am ready!IAAR/IAAMM/MFTMFAQ/IOA6BH0 -

Hi, we're not supposed to exchange personal details on here so I'm not sure you'll get a donation - perhaps try your local Freecycle? If you can wait a couple of months, how about buying the paperback edition? You can pre-order it on Amazon for £3.99. You'd probably be able to get Amazon to send it to your relative for you (I'm not sure of postage costs, if any) and if not, a paperback should be a little cheaper to post yourself. HTH.0 -
That's a good point - if I can avoid her asking to borrow it before August!
cheers I'll put up a wants ad on freecycle in my area.IAAR/IAAMM/MFTMFAQ/IOA6BH0 -
I got all the books from charity shops for £2-£4 each, but I cant find breaking dawn in there, and its still fairly expensive online and on ebay too.
If you do find one new to buy thats a bargain - let me know!
I've read them all in PDF format, but since i loved them so much id like to have the set to keep.It only takes a second to say 'Thanks, you just saved me a few quid!'

I got the first one in a charity shop for 50p and though I was not bothered decided to give it a go.. I loved it! My relative borrowed it and it came back to me with pages loose! I've since replaced that copy, bought the others cheap at car boot sale and treated myself to the fourth on ebay, since it was 'Special Edition'and have loved them!
I'm glad she is enjoying them, and I was happy to share, but I cannot risk her ruining this one LOL I keep having to say things like "Ooo no, I still haven't finished Breaking Dawn" whereas I finished a couple of months ago and have been looking out for it in Charity shops ever since!
I think it is very cool that they are sharing this new book online, shame she is not internet savvyIAAR/IAAMM/MFTMFAQ/IOA6BH0 -
I bought a copy at my local Asda (Bishopbriggs, Glasgow), yesterday evening for £4.87. it has £11.99 printed on the inside cover so I think I got a great bargain!! Even if it is free to read online I have the other 4 books in the series so at that price its cheap enough to add to my collection!!
Does anybody know anything about 'Midnight Sun'? I dont know if Styephanie Meyer has, or even intends, on finishing it and im totally addicted to them!! Oh and I'm 41, my Mum is in her 60's and my sister her late 30's and we all love them so i dont think that age should even come in to it if you enjoy them!!
On her website she says she may continue writing it, I hope she does cos its a good book, I would love her to do the whole series in Edwards POV
I am pleased BD is going to be two films, there is so much in that book I dont want them to miss anything out.

Thanks for this thread. Did know about the book being online before but had forgotten when it was available. Think I started reading as soon as it came online! Have read about half of it - is good so far.
Like others here, have read Midnight Sun too - it is AMAZING and if you thought Edward loved Bella wait until you read this. It's really interesting to see their thought processes too. Word of warning - you will be unable to remove yourself from the computer whilst reading - try not to have anything urgent you need to do!Student MoneySaving Club member 017!0 -
Fantastic, was debating whether to buy (will at some point, diehard fan lol) but will read it online first
Loved Midnight Sun, going to see Eclipse at midnight on the 3rd July

I bought this as a pre release before I heard that it would be on line and took about 2 hours to read it lol, I loved midnight sun as well and would love it if it was finished and published as it took me a while to read on the laptop and I usually read quite fast. Very excited to see eclipse when it comes out though I will have to wait as cant go on the release date due to being a single mum (AWWWW lol) will be going as soon a poss though. It is better to be hated for what you are than to be loved for something you are not.
