I got an email yesterday asking me to fill in a survey to see if I'm eligible to test one of their products.

I signed up with them about a month ago.

Just have to wait and see now.

hi also got email for blackhead wash. normally how long does it take for them to email back to tell you if you are going to get the product to trial?

hi everyone. this is my first post (if it is a post, not sure if it counts as i clicked rreply). i have no idea what im doing on the site as of yet so any mistakes are totally unintentional and i apologize in advance.

anyway i recieved an email the day before yesterday from litmus asking me to fill in the neutragena survey but havent had a reply yet, does that mean im not eligable to test it?

Hi, i got the questionnaire on Friday. Then i got an email on monday to say i had been selected and the blackhead facial wash had been sent out. When i had received the product i had to confirm via clicking a link they had sent me. I have found they always send you an email to say you have been selected and the item has been posted out. They also send out the boots vouchers very quickly too.;)

I also got sent the email yesterday to try the neutrogena face wash but have not heard anything back from them. I thought maybe I hadn't been selected for it as at the end of the questionaire it said they would email asap to let you know if you had been selected.
Maybe I'm still in with a chance if others are still waiting to hear back too.

This is my first trial with them so not sure how long it normally takes?

just checked email guys, got day wrong, it was monday i received email

i didnt get any more emails-so looks like i wasnt chosen for the blackhead treatment.

me either, heres hoping, i really want to try this as it is something i would probably buy lol
