I thought you only have to fill in the medical questionnaire if you want to go to the Boots evaluation Suite and do tests.

Thanks for that Angie,I thought you had to fill it in for both,never mind,hopefully they might let me test products.

No-it's just the first sheet you need to complete and send back for testing products at home!!

looked back through the thread and other people made the mistake of filling both in so lets see what happens,I use their stuff anyway on medication or not and you have to fill a profile in once you get your password so im hoping they will let me do home trials,fingers crossed.

Just got one of these. Bit wary of only using that once a day and no other moisturiser as I cleanse twice a day.

I`m doing a face cream trial too, its in a white tube, only have to use it once a day, anyone know what this is? It seems really good & i would buy it if i knew what it was!

I have the face cream in the white tube too and I agree... it is very nice... but I have no idea what it is either! I think I will ask them at the end of the trial and see if they will tell me...
