Are you saying you have done a CCA request but they haven't been able to send the correct agreement out?
Have you already defaulted on this account? Are you paying less than the minimum payment currently?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

If you try to use the fact that they haven't produced a valid CCA to stop payments of even reduce your payments then that are within their rights to issue a default on the account. Whether thats something you want to do is up to you but it will affect your credit file for the next 6years.
I guess you could try asking them to freeze interest on the loan but usually this is only considered by a creditor if you default and cannot meet the minimum repayments. You will find some template letters on national debtline website which may help you construct a letter.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
