    Keeps saying code incorrect, definitely was correct and tried it several times, not sure if I have been entered as my details have disappeared. Did this happen to anyone else?

    mine said 'sent successfully' but only in tiny letters.

    the code has to be in capital letters i think.

    I had to put in my nearest city and number, even though they seem to be optional. When I left them out, it wouldn't submit, but when I put them in it went through fine.
