Ill make this short, basically I have followed the unenforcability template etc re my egg card and sent all correspondence to egg, they sent the cca back in time, had a look and then spotted the letter re the use of the word approved possibly making it unenforcable.
Anyway, still been getting a few annoying calls though from Capital Credit Agency, which is a branch of egg I know, and today I spoke to the droid on the end of the phone, they are claiming to have nothing on my file about sending letters in nor even of my CCA request even though I told them I got it and replied.
I asked him to stop the phone calls as it was harassment and that he couldnt promise this even after I listed out the template letter on harassing and about ofcom etc, so ill send it today recorded.
I checked and my letter i sent re the "approval" wording in the CCA was recieved and I have a copy of the electronic signature, but it appears that Capital Credit and Egg arent talking to each other as it seems the records arent being updated, my thought now is what to do?
IE should I send the letter about the phone calls to Capital Credit or Egg, if Capital Credit I have no address for them and does anyone know what it is, I have googled :-(
Please help if you can

            Hi
If Egg have sold (allegedly) your debt to Capital Credit then send it to them. If its an inhouse collections then as far as I know it should go to Egg. If it were me I would send it to both...Job done!!0

If it is any help, I sent a CCA request to Resolvecall (Egg DCA i believe) who were hassling me about my Egg debt. They returned my £1 and told me to deal with Capital Credit Agency. I sent the request to CCA and today received the requsted copy from Egg.
So they do talk to each other when it suits them.
I'm currently going over the stuff they sent me. It is the original agreement from 2004 signed by me but attached are the current terms and conditions.
Is this what they normally send?0
