Called this morning and some gadji picked up the phone and rambled off a message that systems are down so they can only help with general enquiries.

He says they dont expect things to be working properly today at all.
When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.

Im just wondering if this quite time of not dealing with phone enquiries is being used to do work on cases without interuption.

No, the system really was down. Only the new one though, the old one was working.
