Buying discounted item from Cex

I recently sold some old DVDs to Cex and have a voucher for them
The item im looking at buying is a DS for my daughter. The DS is listed as 'discounted' on the CEX site. Can anyone please tell me what this 'discounted' means and why the DS would have been discounted
