Mobile One oil 1/2 price - £17.98

Mobil one fully synthetic oil 4L was half price today in asda - Tamworth. I beleive this is the best oil available, & I have never seen it anywhere near this price. I bought three, left about 15 on the shelf, went back 10 mins later & the shelf was empty, so if there is any available elsewhere, be quick!

Fantastic!!! I get through gallons of this stuff as i change the oil in the car every 2000miles. Normally its about 40quid a time.

yep this is great oil,some magazine did a test running a engine on a test bed for the equivelent of 100,000 miles non stop,then stripped down the engine & found no signs of wear at all.

From memory that did it with a new BMW a few years back and after 100,000miles the engine was still within the manufactorers tollerances for a brand new engine.

Whether or not its the best oil is debatable, but ive used it for the last 10 years nearly in any high performance cars ive had.

Stick to cheaper oil around the 8quid mark for everyday runners though.
