The prices in our Staff restaurant went up some time ago. We were told(by the restaurant staff) that this was because the employer no longer paid the subsidy to the restaurant.
We had a subsidised restaurant, now we dont. Does this represent a change in a contract of employment??
if it is a change of contract of employment. Does anyone have any links etc to support this ?

not unl;ess the subsidy is written into your contract, which I doubt.Debt free 4th April 2007.
New house. Bigger mortgage. MFWB after I have my buffer cash in place.0 -
And even if it did although they should give notice that is not much you could object on as it is a Economic, Technecial or Organisational reason. I suppose the only thing would be breach of contract due to the failure to give sufficent notice to vary the contract.0
