How do you get these free Spotify codes? I took out the Premium service a couple of months ago – I thought I might have been entitled to some free codes?

Spotify has a "Free" service called "Open", but you only get 20 hours a month. But the real "Free" service is by invitation code only and is not time limited, but still has adverts.
