looking for sofa that enables a good posture for bad backs

Can anyone recommend a sofa that meets our needs:

I have arthritis in my back and my OH and intermittant bad back. Current sofa is not good for our posture, being too squishy. Is there any such thing as a sofa that is good for posture but is also comfy.

I especially would like one that isn't too deep, as many are more made for male leg measurements (bottom to knee) than the average woman and I find I can't sit up straight - for my feet to touch the floor there is a gap between the small of my back and the back cushions.

I would also prefer not to have a high back winged archair style sofa as I also get very tired so would like to be able to lean my head back sometimes.

Ekornes stressless sofas and chairs, I think the chairs come in different sizes, expensive though but you get what you pay for. I have a 2str and 2chairs and footstool in my conservatory (where I spend most of my time). Plus I find if I sit with my legs on the footstool it pushes my back into the chair.
