I Need A New TV

My 28in Goodmans TV of 8 years blew up last week and I am looking to get a new one. Preferably not widescreen, under £200 and must have 2 scart sockets.
Anyone know of any bargains?
I do most of my shopping in Lisburn and Antrim. I would rather buy in person at a shop than on the net. So if you know of a good retailer let me know.

If I remember correctly, Tesco in Antrim had TV's for £179. Not sure if they were widescreen or had scart sockets, but may be worth having a look?

PS If you are going to Antrim, check with S&A Electronics in the Castle centre, they might have something also.0 -
Thanks for that arkonite_babe. Will check both out."Gort, klaatu barada nikto"

Might do no harm to check out Titterington's in Lisburn (down a wee alley beside the Northern Bank) - my brother-in-law works there at the weekends. You might be able to find a bargain there.0

I know you said you didn't want to go on the net, but they are also at Tesco.com for £179. Could be worth having a look ...0

Thanks D.A. I took your advice and checked out Titteringtons and found the TV I was looking for. And to top it all off it was £30.00 cheaper than ARGOS.
BIG UP to TITTERINGTONS"Gort, klaatu barada nikto"

I didn't see any vcr's but they are definately worth a try. Give them a ring or call in. If they don't do them they may know someone who does.
Great friendly service."Gort, klaatu barada nikto"

At the country end of the M1 there is a (BP?) service station on the LHH just after the KFC (on the RHS) - they sell reconditioned ex-rental TVs of all types - I got a super 32" Sony that would have been well out of my budget new.0
