Thank you for your recent communication with our office. In responce to your offer to settle the account in a one off full and final payment, unfortunately at present we would be unable to accept less than £100. However if you can send us details of your income and expenditure and explain the reasons behind this low settlement offer, we may be able to look further into the offer.
I am unable to to pay then £100 hence why i made them an offer of £66 what do i need to do to respond to this letter i am new to all this and really need to do this one to get me kick started

only £190 but i am out of work at the moment and just cant afford to pay it off0

Minimum accepted is 20%, although if they brought the debt for more it could be higher.The best you can do is prepare a counter offer, i.e.
£66 is 34%
Try 45% which is £85, the sheet they would be looking for would be like
