If you can't persuade your kids to acquire a taste for zipvits omega juice then try Healthspans St clements or even the cheaper Superdrug Cod liver oil liquid. But an EFFECTIVE amount of OMEGA 3 starts at 550mg of EPA+DHA if you are seriously wanting to improve your child's powers of concentration then short changing them with ineffective amount isn't fair do's.

If you are using St Ivel Clever Milk be aware a 250ml serving has only 0.113mg of omega 3. so your child would need to drink five 250ml glasses of this daily to get an effective amount of omega 3.

I agree that every little helps but really all you are giving your child is the equivalent of a quarter of one sardine's worth of omega 3.
