Any IKEA sales coming up?

Hi everyone, not too sure if i'm posting this in the right place so apologies if not...

I'm lookin at buying a few bits from IKEA, the EXPEDIT TV storage unit being the main one.

I just wondered if they were due a sale and if anyone knows if they ever put the EXPEDIT TV unit on sale?

I very rarely go to Ikea as i don't drive and it's not the easiest place to get to by bus either, so i'm not too familiar with how often they have sales etc
I have the week of work soi thought it'd be a good time to buy stuff and have a big re-organising and clearout session but if there's a chance of saving money then i can wait a while!

i'm not sure about that, but I was in this Wednesday and they had 'Wednesday's Offers' in all sections of the store. I bought a lamp from £19.99 to £5 and a ceiling light fitting from £7 to £1! I never knew of this offer before but found out they started doing this some weeks ago. http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/store/nottingham/latest_offers i'm not sure if there are the same offers in other stores or whether it varies from region to region.

Certainly recommend checking your local store's special offers, Edinburgh has a different one each day. Don't forget to print out the relevant voucher and take it with you.

Thanks all for your replies, It seems IKEA has very different offers in each store, looking through the store list on their website and checking each store's page is kind of annoying, make you wish your store had the offer that another store has etc.

Don't know if i'll be able to wait for July before i go buy my TV unit though, i just hope it doesn't get put in the sale after i buy it!

EDIT: Just went to Ikea site and they have 10% of TV benches - including the one i want! Guess that'll do then! Shame i didn't notice earlier in the day, coulda gone today.
