Mortgage Advice - Wanting to move house

Options
Hi,

My partner and I have been living together in a 2 bed semi which we took a 100% mortgage out for £130,000 three years ago. Since then we have had to baby boys, so space is at a premium now hence the move.

Our current balance on the mortgage is 126,000 which hopefully the house could sell for as the neighbours sold for 128,000 in aug last year. We have seen a bigger house which would be ideal. How ever our mortgage company is no longer acepting applications.

We don't have many savings. Is there anything out there which may make it possible for us to buy this house?

Thanks

Joe.

    Save some money.

You need to be able to:

    - cover selling costs (e.g. estate agent, HIP, solicitors)
    - repay the mortgage
    - fund a 10%-15% deposit
    - cover buying costs (e.g. solicitors, surveys, mortgage product fee)

    Good luck!
