Not always. We have some staff (casuals, I know) who are paid at the end of May for work done in April. It's the only way I can run the system when they all work irregular and unpredictable hours.If you are paid in the middle of the month for a full month's work it usually means that you are being paid two weeks in advance and two weeks in arrears. So if you were leaving, to get a full month's pay you still need to work until the end of the month and not your pay day. Your June pay probably covers June work and not May.Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
we are definately paid in mid june for work 1st may - end of may.
he walked out because we have all been really unhappy there for a few months now with the way that the business is run.
we voiced our opinions to the boss but he refused to accept that there was a problem and added yet more demands of us.
