Hi there.
Basically I have worked some overtime as I have a holiday in 2 weeks so wanted the extra cash for spending money.
I get paid monthly (22nd each month) and we have to submit OT hrs by the 10th via department manager which I did.
I rang payroll today to see if she could tell me how much I was getting this month so i could work out holiday budget, only to be told that there was no overtime form put in for me!!!
I did the overtime because I need the money not for the fun of it so surely they have to pay me? They are saying they will put it through next month but I need it now!!
Do I have any rights here?? Please help!!!
Thanks in advance

Probably not.
Ask for an advance politely explaining the circumstances the managers error and see what happens.0
