Although we're half way through May, and I have had the tax credits form and DS has the EMA form I am somewhat stymied as I have yet to receive my P60.
I am paid monthly.
Is there a 'time period' during which a P60 should be issued?

Yes, you're supposed to get it in April.
I got mine last week though, as I only see my boss once a month.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Old style MoneySaving boards.

mind you I was SUPPOSED to get a new payroll number and that hasn't changed, either...I know they have 'done something' to the computer system. *rolleyes*

The last day your employer has to give you your P60 is 31st May.
If they do not give you one by then, they are breaking the law.0 -
