Hello
Thanks for reading my post. Thank you in advance for any advice.
I started my job in Jan 09 - i had 14 days off sick and in dec 09 i was sacked. I had no verbal or written warnings and my work was impeccable.
In Sept 09 i was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, which comes under the disability act, i informed my manager and deputy manager straight away they asked me how they could help and accomodate me, i said i didnt know and would have .a think then i went back and asked for reduced hours and to not work more than 2 days in a row, they honured this for November rota then went back to normal however they are denying this.
My doctor advised my that my illness from jan 09 could have bee as a cause of the Chronic fatigue syndrome. I also advised work of this.
I have had a phone call with the tribunal services today and i cannot afford a solicitor (im not entitled to legal aid), i have to write all the details down as to why i think that i have been treated unfairly - would someone who did not have chronic fatigue syndrome have not got the sack, is there anyone who i worked with who had the same ammount of time or more off as me and was not sacked. How can i prove this - obvisously i dont have everyones details?
Also i have to state how no reasonable adjustments were made and what should have been done.
Also i have to put together a list of the ammouunt of compensation i would want and what each part would be for.
There may be some simple awnsers however Chronic fatigue syndrome gives your mind brain fog and i cannot think of the correct words or things to say!:(
I hope someone can help me thanks very much CWK

You can for discrimination!
Interesting, what is the time limit for discrimination, on health grounds cases?
Any link to further info?
How far would this date back?[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.

The impact of this is to stigmatise people on benefits,
and we should be deeply worried about that[/redtitle](house of lords debate, talking about Cameron)0 -

not sure if there was a touch of sarcasm or not in your reply but either way I would talk to ACAS and see whether they can give you guidelines on what to do and what to ask in terms of compensation.
